I was very happy that I got a chance to read this book as an Arc. Just because I didn't have to wait till September to get my gritty little hands on it..lol. So thank you for that R. Holmes. Being that its not out yet I will keep my review simple and short. The book was very emotional for me. Just because I found the characters and the situations that they were put in very relatable. Once again wont say what, but some readers will see what im talking about when it comes out. Actually there was some instances that I had to kind of remind myself that it was just a book. So in that aspect I was glad that R. Holmes did her research and got it right. The love story is very passionate and deep. Which is nice to read in a book. And what I mean by that is that their really wasn't a lot of banter back and forth with the characters it just had a good spaced flow. It showed us what true love, forgiveness and redemption really is all wrapped into a wonderful love story of two people. The development of the love story and the interaction between Hale and Ember is just done amazingly and it consumes your attention in such a great way. Congrats R. Holmes on your baby!!. This is a book that everyone should look forward too reading. Happy Reading Kiddos!
