Revved By Samantha Towle

Review:

I really enjoyed this book. It was fantastic from start to finish. There was a few hiccups along the way, but I will get to that in a minute. The book is about a cocky alpha male named Carrick Ryan. A formula 1 driver that has the makings of a true winner. Then we have Andressa Wolfe, also known as Andi Amaro. She is the daughter of non other than the best Formula 1 driver William Wolfe. With her father dying and leaving her at the age of 10. She continues to be around race cars all her life. Eventually she gets lucky enough to land her dream job and working with one of the best formula 1 driver Carrick Ryan. And this is were the fun begins.....Aaah yes the chase!..lol The book grabs you right from the start. The chemistry between Carrick and Andi is ridiculously hot!!.. There is some sexual content, but its not over exaggerated and not repetitive at all. Which for a book is such a welcoming read. Ok so this is were my the issues with the book comes in....Andi's character from beginning was written as being assertive and strong then by the end she becomes this totally opposite woman of how the book started. So indecisive about everything and just could not make up her mind. Which got so much on my nerves. It was like I had started a whole different book. I was literally yelling at the damn kindle..lol It made me feel so bad for Carrick. She becomes such a pain in the ass. I'm sure you can figure out that they do end up together in the end, but it takes to much staling and drags on for awhile. Not to much, but enough to be noticeable. But with all that being said, I do totally recommend this book. It has such a different story line than your usual love story. This really was a first for me. A Irish race driver..Yasss love it!

World After #2 By Susan Ee

Review:

So here we are once again, I started and finished this book practically in 2 days. Give or take.  I knew that this book was going to totally surpass my expectations. It totally sucks you in from the first page till the end. So this book is #2 in the (Penryn and the End of Days) Series. It picks up exactly were it left off, with Penryn her mom and her little sister being back with the resistance fighters. Most of the book is only about Penryn and the resistance. But about the 80% mark Raffe comes back in the picture longer than only one page. In the beginning you only read about him and what his doing to get back his one pride possession. He comes in and out through the story. Which really is the only part of the book that annoys me. But once that 40% mark hits, you become so invested in finishing the book that Raffe not being in the book takes a back sit in your worries. The relationship between Raffe and Penryn blossoms beautifully in something that is so wrongful for the Angels that for me as the reader I got even more  obsessed with them actually having something, anything.... Lol. Now putting the Chemistry aside the book is still full of action between the humans and the Angels. And even in some parts the Angels against themselves. And it all falls on having the power. For some its getting their world back and for others its being able to take over the control. But for Penryn and Raffe it becomes neither. Penryn just wants to have her family safe and  together once again. For Raffe in the other hand its being able to get back the one thing he has been fighting for...(If I say I might spoil it). But between them they also fight to know and make sure that both are ok and alive.

Angelfall By Susan Ee

Review:
I had heard so much about this series for awhile now. So I decided to pick this up when I saw that it was on Amazon for free with Kindle Unlimeted....Yes people can we all say 'SCORE!!!" Angelfall and World After plus the third book in the Series "End of Days" that will be out on May 12, 2015 are all free to read with Kindle Unlimited. So the book opens up with a apocalyptic world, that was attacked by Angels that have descended to attack and finish every human left. One of our main characters, is a seventeen year old girl name Penryn. I like the way this character was presented to us. She is the responsible one in her family, meaning she takes care of her wheelchair bound sister and her schizophrenic mother. With so much on her you would thin that she would crack or breakdown in the book. But she doesn't she takes the world head on and deals with everything that is thrown her way.  Love, Love her character...... Then we are introduced to Raffe a bad ass Arch angel that is forced to make a deal with a human girl, because of certain circumstances he is in. This unlikely pair come together and travel through the dangerous streets and roads until getting to their destination "San Francisco".  The beginning of the book starts out good, with the introduction of all these characters and I love that about the book. The meeting of all these new layers of people that you know will be making the book sooo much interesting. I believe somewhere in the middle the book starts dragging a little. Like it takes too long to let us I know what exactly is going to happen...Yes, drove me crazy. But if you hang in there for a little the book starts to pick up real quick and the roller coaster of action begins. This book was amazing, I hadn't read anything quite like it in a while. Specially not about Angels, who new angels could be such bad Ass!!..lol. Yes it us to be vampires for me, but I believe I am ready to say that Angels are my new thing. Oh and by the way the book is left with a very "That cant be it!..Nooo!!!" But its not a bad left off, it just makes you want to go and get Book #2 even more. You guys will love this series, for the ones that have not read it yet. The little chemistry between Penryn and Raffe is wonderfully spaced out, and not rushed at all. Lets hope in Book #2 there will be more chemistry included between these 2 characters. My review for book two will be up soon :)

Which by the way was AMAZING!!!..Everyone need to go check it out, and for those who have not read any books on the Series really need to. Sorry to say that Sweet Hope cannot be read as a stand alone. You will probably feel lost with so many different characters that are in book #4 . Thru the Series you will meet everyone and there back stories. Big, Big 5 stars! for all. Sweet Hope #4 By Tillie Cole

Book/ Series: Sweet Hope #4
Author: Tillie Cole
Pages: 295
Rating: 5 Stars

I don't even know how to start my review with this book. I mean Tillie seriously nocked it out of the park with this one. I will try by best not to spoil this for anybody that hasn't read it since it just came out a few days ago. I finishes this book with Kleenex everywhere..lol, you have to know that this book is a non-stop rollercoaster of emotions from beginning to end. The book begins with Ally Prince/Aliyana Lucia as a museum curator and wanting so bad to work with a Artist known as Elpidio. She flies her self to Seattle for the interview and of course lands it. Once she is there all the gang make appearances, since everyone happened to live there as well. Once Elpidio runs into Ally at the show room that's getting prepared and put together for his show is where the book starts really to unfold and shine. Sweet hope is a story of pain, forgiveness  and redemption. For Elpidio this is something that he has been living with most of his life. drowning in darkness and misery is something he has grown to know as his companion, Ally in the other hand is forgiveness, hope and light. You would probably think that one would need the other more but as you continue to read you come to realize that this 2 wonderful characters end up needing each other just as much. This isn't only the story that's happening in this book, you also have the back stories that are going on at the same time. Like Romeos and Molly, Austin and Levi. And let me add that Levi's story to me was the saddest story of them all. I practically could keep going on and on about this book. But as you will see Tillie combined all this stories wonderfully. There could have not been a better ending.....Its a very bitter sweet conclusion.

Heart Recaptured (Hades Hangmen) By Tillie Cole

Review : 5 Stars !

Wow!, What can be said about this book...I mean it was such a wonderful story. I have totally fallen in love with KY and Lilah. This book series could not get any better.....The story picks up were "It ain't me babe" left off. With the saving of Lilah and Maddie from the Cult Compound they were in. But there adapting to the world outside is not as easy as it was for Mae, Specially for Lilah. Through most of the whole book Lilah desperately wants to be returned to the religious compound so she can be saved. And because of that she fights everyone on the way. I mean I give her that much Tillie wrote her character to have such spunk and even though she was scared out of her mind to be in the outside world. Nobody in the Hangmen's club including Mae or KY for that matter are able to make her understand that she was lied to. From the get go KY is captivated by Lilah's beauty but as he is assigned to be a teacher per say, to be the one that introduces the outside world to her. He is also captivated by her ignorance of the world around her, and the captivation turns into protectiveness. This is were KY begins to shine like a big star in my eyes. The way he begins to make her understand that she is his equal. From teaching her to speak for her self to sitting and eating with the men for dinner. I mean KY just totally wins me over...Sigh! You will see that KY makes such big leaps and progress with her, but as you read on and you get to the part were Lilah has her own thoughts you start to see that Lilah has made no progress at all. She continues to question everything that the outside world is showing her and those believes that were literally beaten and abused in her are still there. She still yearns to be saved and to be back in the compound. By the end of the book something big occurs that in the end makes her question everything the cult has taught her. And when this happens I literally had to put the book down to take a breather. I was not able to read thru. How Mrs. Tillie  comes up with some of this harsh stuff is beyond me. But WOW!!....After a long coffee break I went back at it. And let me tell you, you really need to keep your Kleenex close. I so wanted to put myself in the book to help Lilah in anyway I could. But as I read through all this madness I realize that with out these tragedies happening  Lilah would not be able to be at peace with herself. The ending was just so horrible (in a good way) but with out Lilah going through all this I believe that the book would not be able to have such a beautiful ending, like it did. I totally recommend this book to everyone, But do remember that you have to read "It ain't me Babe" first before moving on to this one. And I promise you that you will love the first book as well.

"Before you I was vacant of love. Now I am replete. Before you I lived without hope. Now I am inspired. Before you I was broken. Now I am whole."
